The middle school choir is off to a great start. This year we have over two hundred students participating in vocal music organizations. The singers are busily preparing for the fourth annual Grandparents' Day. The event, which was originally scheduled for Halloween Day, is being rescheduled for early November at the request of our new principal, Mr. Wayne Brown.
Grandparents' Day is held in the middle school and is a great opportunity for grandparents to visit our school and learn about the many wonderful activities available for their grandchildren.
Another exciting event is the preparation for the Middle School Honor Choir. This year we have ten eighth graders auditioning to participate in this wonderful event. Wish them luck as they prepare for this difficult audition in Mt. Pleasant.
